Surf Shop Shirt Club Enterprises is sometimes referred to in this Privacy Policy as “we,” “us” and “our”. Your privacy is important to us and this Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and share your personally-identifying information when you use the Surf Shop Shirt Club (as defined in the Agreement constituting our Terms of Service). Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning given such terms in the Terms of Service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and, in certain circumstances, share your personally identifying information. What Information We Collect

Surf Shop Shirt Club collects personally-identifying information from you when you elect to register to use the Surf Shop Shirt Club. How Surf Shop Shirt Club Uses Your Personal Information
